Menchi-Katsu (メンチカツ) made from a Japanese breaded and deep-fried ground meat patty or a fried meat cake.
Menchi and katsu phonologically modified versions of the words “mince” and “cutlet”. Katsu may refer to any deep-fried meat cutlet coated with flour, egg, and bread crumbs.
It is an example of yōshoku or foods adapted from western cuisine. Katsu itself usually refers to tonkatsu, and made with pork cutlets.
In eastern Japan, the word Menchi-katsu used in general, but unlike in western Japan, the word minchi-katsu more often called (ミ ン チ カ ツ).
Menchi katsu made from minced beef, aka ground beef mixed with egg and onion, compacted, then wrapped in bread flour. After that, it is fried until golden and the surface is crispy.

Ingredient :
150 grams of ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon beef broth (optional)
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 chicken egg white
salt to taste

1 chicken egg, beat off
flour to taste
50 grams of bread flour
How to Make Katsu Menchi:
1. Combine ground beef, chopped onion, and chicken eggs. after that season with ground pepper, salt, sugar, ground pepper, and beef broth (optional).
