The provision of basic food packages was given directly by the Commander of the Military District Command 0314 / Indragiri Hilir Lieutenant Colonel Inf Imir Faishal accompanied by the acting Commander of the Military District Command 01 / Tembilahan Captain Inf Tarmizi, Thursday 13 August 2020.
Before providing 16 basic food packages, the District Military Command Commander 0314 / Indragiri Hilir gave several directions and advice to the fire victims.
“Make this tragedy a test from Allah SWT. Maybe Allah wants to test how much our faith is, how far do we believe in Him to accept all these calamities,” said the Military District Command Commander.
“Indeed, what I say is not as easy as the reality that you accept today, but at least I remind everyone that there is still someone who is almighty, there is still Allah Who is of course always with us. “Whatever is lost today, hopefully it will be replaced by a better one by Allah SWT,” he added.
He also said that he represented all Kodim 0314 / Inhil soldiers who were concerned and would continue to help in terms of energy, thought, and material just to ease the burden on the community.
“Today I came back with a few gifts, although I am sure this cannot restore what has happened, it cannot replace what has been lost from your life, ladies and gentlemen, but at least this can ease the burden on you.
