As many as 41 Do Siak People Are Again Positive Covid-19

Up date of additional confirmed positive cases of Covid-19 in Siak Regency as of Friday afternoon, August 14, 2020, an increase of 41 people. This brings the total number of cases to 208 during the pandemic outbreak.

Secretary of the Siak Regency Covid-19 Handling Task Force, Budhi Yuwono, said of the 208 people confirmed positive, 128 were being treated, 78 people recovered and 2 people died.

“There are still 175 more samples waiting for the results, all of them are scattered in several sub-districts in Siak Regency, especially those with close contact with the positive swab test taken,” said Budhi.

Budhi also detailed the 41 additions, namely:

1. The 168th patient confirmed positive for Covid-19 is Mrs. LL (38) who is a resident of Tualang District. Currently isolated independently. Mrs. LL is part of a cluster of companies.
2. Patient 169 is An. AZH (17) who is a resident of Tualang District, is currently isolated independently. An. AZH is part of the corporate cluster.
3. The 170th patient is Mrs. RSD (28) who is a resident of Tualang District. Mrs. RSD is part of the corporate cluster.
4. Patient 171 is Mr. S (52) who is a resident of Tualang District. Mr. S is part of the corporate cluster.
5. Patient 172 is Mr. AFK (25) who is a resident of Tualang District. Mr. AFK is part of a corporate cluster.
6. Patient 173 is An. JP (11) who is a resident of Tualang District. An. JP is part of the corporate cluster.
7. The 174th patient is Mr. PHTG (40) is a resident of Tualang District. Mr. PHTG is part of the company cluster.
8. The 175th patient is An. KPL (3) is a resident of Tualang District. An. KPL is part of the company cluster.
9. Patient 176 is Mr. M (50) who is a resident of Tualang District. Mr. M is part of the corporate cluster.
10. Patient 177 is Mrs. FE (51) who is a resident of Tualng District. Mrs. FE is part of the company cluster.

39. Patient 206 is Mr. HS (48) who is a resident of Tualang District. Currently isolated and treated at Eka Hospita Hospital Pekanbaru. Mr. HS is a contact part of the corporate cluster.
40. Patient 207 is Mr. JM (44) who is a resident of Tualang District. Currently isolated and treated at RSUD Siak, Mr. JM was the result of traking close contact of patient 149 Mr. AH (44) conducted by Puskesmas Perawang.
41. Patient 208 is An. MFA (8) who is a resident of Tualang District. An. MFA was the result of traking close contact of patient 125 Mrs. LM (50) conducted by Puskesmas Perawang.

As positive cases of Covid-19 increase in Siak Regency, Budhi appealed to the public to comply with government recommendations in implementing health protocols. He invited people to always wear masks, wash their hands diligently, avoid crowds and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (Adv)
