The Regent of Indragiri Hilir Regency, HM Wardan inaugurated Prof.’s Coffee, which serves various specialties and products from Indragiri Hilir, which is located on Jalan SM Amin, Pekanbaru, on Friday morning August,14 2020.
Prof’s Coffee is unique. This uniqueness comes from the large number of processed food offerings from Inhil Regency, such as coffee made from local people in Indragiri Hilir Regency which is sold with ginger ant sugar, Virgin Coconut Oil to processed soy sauce made from deep coconut.
“The products presented at Prof’s Coffee do have their own uniqueness. What is interesting is that the uniqueness of the special menu at Prof’s Coffee comes from Indragiri Hilir Regency. This certainly deserves appreciation,” said the Regent praising Professor Zulkarnain’s pioneering of Prof’s Coffee.
To note, Professor Zulkarnain is a native of Indragiri Hilir Regency who is currently aggressively marketing various foods and specialties of Riau.
On this occasion, the Regent expressed his hope that Prof’s Coffee can be a forum for promoting inhil potential. In the future, there is a need for more and more potential food products and commodities from Indragiri Hilir, with all their advantages and uniqueness.
“If we can optimize in the future, Indragiri Hilir products can be served more, of course it will be better known among the Riau community in general. This will be a promotional effort for the region. Hopefully it will have an impact on improving the community’s economy,” said the Regent.
Meanwhile, the Head of Management, Prof.’s Coffe, said that this effort was initiated to raise the traditional values of Indragiri Hilir which will provide opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to work together, in addition, Prof.’s Coffee will also take advantage of the digital system to support management in this millennial era. .
