Viral! Manchester A fat cat became a star on Instagram because of his short four-inch legs
Named Manchester, the cat has more than 50,000 followers on social media pages.
Manchester is almost two years old, born into a mixture of two races, namely Scottish and Munchkin races who are notorious for their very short legs.
The fat cat now lives with its owner, Alexander Ushakov (36), in Moscow, Russia.
Manchester was born on 15 September 2018.
Ushakov said he bought Manchester at the age of four months.
“Manchester was born on 15 September 2018 and I bought him at the age of four months,” explained Alexander.
Ushakov said that he named his cat after being inspired by his football team, Manchester United.
“I decided to call him Manchester in tribute to my favorite football team because I have been a fan of them since 1998.
The owner, Ushakov, decided to create an Instagram account for Manchester because he was considered to be able to entertain other people.
“I decided to make an Instagram account for him because I thought he was cute enough to please other people.
Apparently, this cat has quite a lot of fans, “he added.
Alexander added that the cat could be famous because of its very cute appearance.
Ushakov said the messages of support he received from followers of his Manchester Instagram account who motivated him continued to post pictures of his adorable cat.
“He always meows, likes to play crazy games, and always runs around the house,” he concluded.
