The 75th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia in Indragiri Hilir took place solemnly on Monday 17 August 2020, where acting as the inspector of the ceremony were Regent of Indragiri Hilir HM Wardan and Commander of the Ceremony, Adjunct Police Commissioner Rizki Hidayat.
Paskibraka troops were only represented by Baki bearers, flag raisers and flag guards only. Apple participants were also limited and continued to implement the Covid-19 prevention health protocol.
The Regent of Indragiri Hilir who was interviewed by the media crew after the ceremony explained that, as the heir to fill independence, it is appropriate to cross-check the fighting spirit of the fighters by applying it to development in Indragiri Hilir Regency.
“Hopefully, with the burning enthusiasm of our fighters who have won this independence we will continue to fill in better development,” he added.
The Regent also appealed to the whole community to work together in filling in development, especially development in Indragiri Hilir.
