Kang Sora shocked the public through an announcement made by management.
The actress decided to get married at the end of August 2020.
Plum Actors, as management, announced Kang Sora’s marriage to her non-celebrity boyfriend.
The wedding will be held closed, and only attended by the families of the two brides.
“The wedding was supposed to take place on August 29, 2020.”
“However, the reception was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic which was getting worse,” said the management.
“The marriage ceremony will be replaced by a small gathering of both sides of the family.”
“In honor of the groom-to-be who is not a celebrity and the family of both parties, all details regarding the marriage will be kept secret.”
“We ask for public attention,” he concluded.
After the announcement, Kang Sora wrote a special letter to her fans.
The letter was handwritten and uploaded on the official fan cafe site, Bling Bling.
“It’s been 11 years since I debuted.”
“Thanks to all of you who congratulate me and are happy for me.”
“I’m very grateful and can’t express it in words,” said Kang Sora.
Kang Sora also understood fans who were shocked by the news of her marriage.
She promised to keep working hard while building a harmonious family.
