Acting Head of the Indragiri Hilir Information and Communication Department, Trio Beni Putra, confirmed that the sudden disappearance of the InPas application on the Google Play Store would not affect public information service activities within the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government.
The loss of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government information service application was discovered after several social media users and users of public information services reviewed and reported that they could not access the InPAS application on the Google Play Store.
“We are currently making improvements so that new users can immediately download it through the Google Play Store,” said Trio Beni in a written statement, Thursday, August 20, 2020.
To overcome the problem of access to information, Trio Beni suggested that information users can temporarily download the InPas application via the https://aplikasi.inhilkab.go.id/inpas page or directly through the information service desk of the Information Management and Documentation Officer in the E-booth building. Furthermore, Trio Beni expressed his apologies for the technical problems in public information services through this Inpas.
“We will continue to strive to provide services and convenience to the entire community. Our Information Technology team is taking care of this,” concluded Trio Beni while saying that he could not confirm the time needed to overcome the technical problems faced by the Inpas application.
The phenomenon of the disappearance of the InPas application made several people excited. For example, social media activists who complain about not finding the InPas application on the Google Play Store.
