The Cross-Sector Workers Community Communication Forum visited the offices of the Manpower and Transmigration Service and the Indragiri Hilir Regional House of Representatives to apply for mediation against the Indo Plantation Haj Savings Company, Tanjung Simpang, Pelangiran District.
“Today, we returned to the Office of the Manpower and Transmigration Service and the Indragiri Hilir Regional People’s Representative Council to submit a mediation request for the 13 main problem items that we have attached based on facts and supporting evidence,” said the General Secretary of the Cross-Sectoral Community-Labor Communication Forum, Sutamat.
He said the request for mediation was carried out to create good industrial relations based on the problems we had previously proposed to find a joint solution.
Regarding the request for mediation, Samino said that we from Commission IV are ready to facilitate the mediation request and will summon the PT THIP company and related parties so that we can decide the problems that occur.
“We will also cross-check in the field about the accuracy of this report. “Don’t let it give a statement that could harm the company or the employees, who in this case is represented by the Cross-Sector Community-Labor Communication Forum,” he said.
