A man became a victim of an attack and arson near the Ciracas Sector Police Office on Saturday, August 29, 2020 in the morning.
From the testimony of the witness at the scene, the man whose identity was still unknown was initially taking a shipment at one of the delivery services on Jalan Raya Bogor, to be precise across from the Pasar Rebo Police.
“So earlier there was a driver, he was taking the package. Then there were 20 people intercepted. The driver was threatened with using a sharp weapon,” said Kelvin, an eye witness, Saturday, August 29, 2020.
After being threatened, the man got out of his car and was immediately beaten by the unidentified mob.
Apart from beating the victim, the mob also destroyed the victim’s car.
“After being beaten, his car was destroyed. Then the person who was beating went straight to the Ciracas Police Station,” added Kelvin.
The man who was the victim of the beating was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital.
Currently, the victim’s car is still parked on the side of Jalan Raya Bogor.
