The perpetrator of the murder of four of his family in Baki, Sukoharjo, Henry Taryatmo (41), turned out to be a friend of the victim, Suranto (42).
The perpetrator is known to be friends with the victim since elementary school (SD).
The perpetrator had the heart to killed the victim and his family because he was in debt.
Until adulthood, they are still in touch.
Their house is still in one area, namely in Baki District.
“They are friends with the car rental business,” said Sukoharjo Police Chief AKBP Bambang Yugo Pamungkas at the Sukoharjo Police Headquarters, Monday (24 August 2020).
However, due to debt, Henry wanted to own Suranto’s car to pay his debts.
It was for this reason that Henry had the heart to kill Suranto and his wife and two children.
Currently, the police have examined six witnesses.
Today, Monday (24 August), the police brought in four witnesses to confirm the facts of the murder of the family.
As is known, the murder of four people as a family took place in the early hours of Wednesday (19 August).
However, the body of the victim was only found on Friday (21 August) night.
Police arrested Henry at his home in the early hours of Saturday (August 22).
The four victims were Suranto (42) as the head of the family, his wife Sri Handayani (36), and their two children aged 10 years and 6 years.
