The first time Rachot met the grandfather was at a gas station.
He saw the grandfather why it was late at night still hanging around the gas station.
Then with curiosity, he asked the grandfather.
“I asked him where he lived, and what he was doing alone even though it was late at night,” explained Rachot as quoted by World of Buzz.
The grandfather then explained the reason.
The unnamed grandfather said that he was going to come to his grandson’s funeral.
The story continued, he then wondered about his journey.
It turned out that he had traveled more than 300 km.
The grandfather was determined to do this because he wanted to see his grandson, who had passed away after a tragic accident.
The thing that made Rachot’s salute was that the grandfather only brought around IDR 140 thousand.
Imagine he had to travel 300 km with that kind of money.
The grandfather was also willing to sleep beside his motorbike around the gas station.
