In a tragic incident, the passengers from airline flight from the Greek island of Zante to Cardiff, Wales, on Aug. 25, have been asked to isolate.
It happened after more than a dozen aboard that plane tested positive for coronavirus. At that time, at least 193 people who were on flight TOM6215 were potentially exposed and have been told to isolate.
As cited News24xx.com from BBC News reported, German-based TUI did announce that masks were required, but the crew on the ground did not seem inclined to enforce the rule.
And for that case, the airline said it is conducting a full investigation.
The airline told BBC News Tuesday. “A full investigation is now under way as these concerns weren’t reported during the flight or before today.”
After investigation, the passengers described a chaotic scene, with people pulling off their masks once onboard and moving about the cabin to chat as indifferent crew ignored the rule-breaking.
