However, it is different from what was done by residents who were found having a party in their apartment.
This apartment in Kuningan, Jakarta was caught holding a party, namely a Gay party on Saturday 29 August 2020 at 00.30 Western Indonesian Time and was secured at the Metro Jaya Regional Police and this raid was released directly by the Head of the Public Relations Division of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, namely the Police Chief Commissioner Yusri Yunus
The Gay Party was in the Kuningan Apartment on the 6th floor of Room 608 and 56 people attended the party. When it was raided, 56 people participated in the gay party in the apartment with a record of 47 people as participants and 9 people who were suspected of being the organizers of the event.
The perpetrators were 9 people who were detained and were wearing orange police custody clothes and wearing masks and their hands were tied using a cable-ties.
The room where the gay party was held has been sealed on the body of the door with a yellow police stripe by the police.
The evidence found by the police included used condoms, scrub cream, magic tissue, 157 member bracelets, and stimulants.
At the gay party, it was known that there were games played by participants using the game property.
The perpetrator is threatened with a sentence of 15 years in prison under Article 296 of the Criminal Code and or article 33 of the Junto as well as article 7 of Law number 44 of 2008.
Among the perpetrators who were arrested, one was found to be HIV positive and those who took part in the party would undergo a medical examination.
