The Regent of Indragiri Hilir, HM Wardan, hopes that the implementation of the Primary High Position Selection can produce officials who have competence, integrity and sincerity in carrying out their positions later.
This assertion was conveyed by the Regent of Indragiri Hilir, HM Wardan when opening the Primary High Position Selection in the Inhil Regency Government on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020 at one of these Pekanbaru hotels.
This event also attended by the Head of the Riau Police’s HR Bureau, the Assessment Team for the Center for the Police, the Acting Regional Secretary of Inhil and Assesors from the National Police Headquarters and from the Riau Police
“The success of the implementation of regional development depends on the quality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), so the implementation of the Primary High Position Selection is very important to produce officials who have competence, integrity and seriousness in working later,” said the Regent of Indragiri Hilir, HM Wardan.

There were 62 participants who took part in the managerial competency selection who collaborated with the Assessor Team from the Police Headquarters and Riau Police to occupy a list of 13 vacant Pratama high leadership positions and 1 PRATAMA high leadership position which will be vacant because definitive officials will enter retirement age in a few months.
The opening of this selection activity ended with the handover of souvenirs by Inhil Regent HM Wardan to the National Police Headquarters Assessment Team and the Riau Polda Assessment Team.
