The Task Force for the Acceleration COVID-19 of Indragiri Hilir, carries out the disciplinary enforcement patrols in the Floating Market, on Tembilahan, Sunday, Sept.13, 2020.

The activity was carried out in the context of disciplining the communities before the implementation of socio-economic activities in the new normal era.

The Dandim 0314 / Indragiri Hilir, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Imir Faishal through Pasi Ops Kodim 0314 / Indragiri Hilir said that the majority of the communities used the masks, but the awareness of traders to prepare a place to wash hands or hand sanitizer was not too high.

“This is mandatory in the COVID-19 protocol, especially the number of cases of COVID-19 in Indragiri Hilir has increased, so the public is expected to be more aware of the implementation of the health protocol,” he said.

For visitors who were caught not wearing masks, the officers are immediately asked to return and are not allowed to enter the market area and even getting push-up sanctions.

Pasi Ops also asked officers to guard all the access to the market so the communities can be more discipline in the new normal era.

“The public was asked to contribute by enforcing the rules. Because the main stage of the ‘new normal’ is discipline enforcement, which obeys the health protocol for preventing COVID-19, namely the realization of personal awareness in the form of discipline,” he said.
