The rules that take by the government of Pennsylvania to lock down the state in March 2020 to curb the spread of COVID-19 are unconstitutional.
It’s said by a federal judge in the United States state named William Stickman.
As information, the government of Pennsylvania has ruled some measures by the closure of businesses and a limit on the size of gatherings.
Although the ruled were challenged in court by several Republican lawmakers and small business owners, who argued the restrictions put their enterprises at risk, but the government decided to do that.
Stickman said, “Even if the state’s governor acted with the good intention of addressing a public health emergency, but he did not have the right to infringe on citizens’ fundamental freedoms.”
Stickman also told that the solution to a national crisis can never be permitted to supersede the commitment to individual liberty that stands as the foundation of the American experiment.
