Residents of Cipalabuh Village, Cijaku District, Lebak Regency, Banten, were shocked by the discovery of the body of a little boy named KS (8).
The body was buried in the Mount Keneng TPU with full clothes.
It turned out that the victim, who was still in grade 1 SD, died after being abused by her mother, LH (26).
The perpetrator had the heart to kill her daughter because she was upset that the child had difficulty accepting learning while studying online.
Initially only pinching, then hitting her body with her hands, the handle of the broom to push him and his head hit the floor.
The father, IS (27), who came to his rented house in the Kreo area, Tangerang, Banten, admitted that he was surprised that his daughter was in a weak condition.
Then LH and IS intend to take KS and another child out of the house with the intention of getting fresh air and taking them to the hospital by motorbike.
Unfortunately, on the way KS breathed her last.
Panicked, LH and IS brought the body of their biological daughter to Cijaku, Lebak Regency, Banten, to be buried by borrowing hoes from local residents.
Based on police statements, after burying the victim’s parents both tried to remove traces.
They went home and moved rented.
The victim’s body was found by local residents on Saturday, September 12, 2020.
Initially a resident was suspicious that the burial mounds were still new.
Then the community together with the local police took the initiative to dismantle and found KS’s body.
It didn’t take long for the perpetrators to be arrested early Sunday, September 13, 2020, at their new rented house in the Jakarta area.
Then the other offender’s daughter, who was the twin sister of KS, was entrusted to her brother’s house to be fostered and cared for.
Based on external aotopes, there were bruises to the right head and skull which were suspected of being hit by a blunt force.
Because of their actions, the two perpetrators have been named suspects and have been caught in the trap of Article 80 Paragraph 3, Law (UU) No 35 of 2104 Amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and / or Article 338 of the Criminal Code.
