An elementary school student in Sichuan, China was punished by her teacher for incorrectly answering two questions, she later suffered a concussion and died, reports Oriental Daily.
At that time, it was September 10. That date is Chinese Teachers’ Day.
10 year old Ning Ning was so excited to go to school because she wanted to give flowers to her teacher.
But at around 9am, he got two math questions wrong. The teacher became very angry.
As punishment, the teacher asked her to kneel down.
Not only that, the teacher also grabbed her ear, slapped her hand and worst of all, hit her head.
According to Ning Ning’s twin sister in the same class, her sister couldn’t raise her head or body during the sentence.
After the punishment, her classmates rushed over to help her to sit.
15 minutes before 12 noon, the teacher called Ning Ning’s grandmother to take her home because she looked unwell.
Her grandmother rushed to school and found that Ning Ning could no longer open her eyes or speak.
She then took the child to the hospital where they tried to resuscitate him but to no avail.
However, unfortunately the hospital stated that Ning Ning had died.
According to her grandmother, her teacher had only started teaching this semester and Ning Ning was very afraid to attend the class.
Ning Ning also shared that his teacher liked to punish students by hitting them.
Chinese reporters contacted the school to ask for a statement, however, upon hearing that they were reporters, the principal hung up and did not answer the call.
This is certainly a very unfortunate case, we hope the authorities can resolve this case for the sake of justice.
