After have been married for three years, Cardi B wants to go solo. The hip hop superstar filed for divorce from rapper Offset. They have a 2-year-old daughter named Kulture Kiari.
According to court papers filed in Atlanta, Offset – the Grammy Award winner — was at the center of a cheating scandal after rumors of a video and alleged liaison with another woman surfaced in December 2017. The video just three months after the couple had secretly married.
And Offset, 28, publicly pleaded with his wife, Cardi B, 27, for forgiveness after admitting to infidelity.
The pair agreed to work on things for the sake of their daughter.
Last year, Cardi B was indicted on felony charges connected to a fight at the Angels Gentlemen’s Club and Restaurant in Flushing in August 2018.
The feud occurred between Cardi B and two sisters who are bartenders at the venue. One of the women was accused of having an affair with Offset.
