A brigadier in Pondok Ranggon Urban Village, Darman, helped evacuate the body of Brigadier Andry Budi Wibowo (29), who was found dead in Pondok Ranggon, East Jakarta. Darman revealed that the victim’s wound was like being dragged away.
“Yes, the skin (of the victim) was peeling like a drag. (The wound) was from the neck, one side (the body was injured, it was like being dragged), up to the leg,” said Darman at the location, Thursday (17 September 2020).
Darman admitted that he helped evacuate the victim to an ambulance. Darman revealed that the victim’s clothes were torn off.
Darman explained that the victim’s motorbike was found 500 meters from the scene.
This he found out based on information from local residents.
However, whether Brigadier Andry was a victim of robbery, Darman did not know.
“No, (the victim’s motorbike) was on the side of the road. Yes, (the motorbike was) near the Pondok Ranggon TPU,” said Darman.
Andry was found dead covered in blood at the location at around 05.00 am. Police are still investigating Andry’s death.
