Inhil – Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) Resort Police (Polres) succeeded in securing two people suspected of being the perpetrators of the methamphetamine-type Narcotics crime.
Both were successfully secured on Saturday (19/9/2020), at around 01.30 WIB on Jalan Sederhana, Tembilahan Hulu District.
The two actors are the initials RH and DT. Both were secured along with the evidence of 13 saabu packages with a gross weight of 2.03 grams.
The Head of Inhil Police, AKBP Dian Setyawan, through the Head of Public Relations of the Inhil Police, AKP Warno, the Opsnal Intelligence Unit, Inhil Police, obtained information from the public that on Jalan Sederhana, drug transactions often occurred.
Then the Inhil Police Opsnal Intelligence Unit team conducted an investigation at the location and saw a suspicious man.
Furthermore, the Opsnal Intelligence Unit team secured one suspected perpetrator and conducted a body search in the presence of two witnesses.
“The results of the search found evidence of 13 packages of crystal methamphetamine in the right side of the trouser pockets. Then an interrogation was carried out that the methamphetamine came from the initial DT. Who was in one of the Tembilahan Internet cafes,” explained Warno.
The two perpetrators and the evidence were then taken to the Inhil Police to be transferred to the Narcotics Unit for further investigation.
