At least, 60 of State Civil Servants (ASN) participated in the assessment for the selection of Primary Higher Education in the field Competency Selection Stage (Paper Writing, Presentation, and Interview) online.
The competency was carried out after Managerial Competence and Socio-Cultural Competence were carried out by assessors of the Police Headquarters and Riau Police since Sept. 8 until 11 in Pekanbaru, Riau.
The field competency selection was held at the Engku Kelana Tembilahan Building on Monday, Sept. 21, 2020 morning and opened by the Regent of Indragiri Hilir, HM Wardan.
Wardan said the interview will be carried out using an online system because the pandemic situation.
And the chairman of the committee is Prof. DR Zulkarnain, SE, MM and the secretary of the committee is Ikhwan Ridwan, SH, MSi.
“I hope in writing papers later can be review, to explore and to raise the basic issues that you apply for or choose to make improvements, improvements or changes in the future, so it can to support the vision and mission of the Regent of Indragiri Hilir, “said Wardan.
He also added, even though the interview is online, the assessment from the selection committee is very objective.
“As a civil servant supervisor, I give the selection committee the freedom to explore the potential of candidates,” said the Regent.
