After Formal Ceremony the public open space, Regent Siak Alfedri inaugurated the use of the Auxiliary Puskesmas (Pustu) building in Lalang Village. The construction of the Pustu in the Lalang village costs Rp. 470 million more, through the 2019 Siak Regional Budget.
Alfedri said, it is the government’s obligation to provide the best service for the community. So that people get their rights, because in accordance with the mandate of the law that health is a human right.
“We hope that this health development will improve the health status of the community, can reduce infant and maternal mortality and can increase HDI and make it easier for people to seek treatment at health service facilities,” he said.
The former Head of PKAD Office again invited the public to pray to God Almighty, so that the Covid-19 outbreak would soon disappear from this earth.
“That’s why health is very important, ladies and gentlemen. If we are healthy, then we can live well, can improve education and improve the economy,” said Alfedri, the community of Lalang village.

Previously, Head of Health Tony Chandra said that this Pustu was built from the 2019 Siak Regional Budget. There were 5 Pustu built, namely in Sungai Tengah, Sialang Sakti, Banjar Seminai and Teluk Lancang and Kampung Lalang.
“For 2020, a health center will be built in the village of Mittings through state budget funds which will be completed in December, next year, God willing, we will build a type D hospital in Kampung Kayu Ara, Sungai Apit District,” he said.
He conveyed, the number of people who tested positive for Covid19 in Siak District, namely 638 well-known people in several districts. He said that only one person had been detected for Sungai Apit sub-district.
“There are other possibilities,” he said.
