The District Government (Pemkab) of Indragiri Hilir, Riau signed the approval for the General Policy Amendment Draft (KUPA) and the Provisional Budget Priority and Ceiling (PPAS) of the 2020 APBD-P amounting to IDR 2,271,363,970,484.32 on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020.
The signing of the KUPA-PPAS APBD-P agreement was carried out at the 13th plenary session III of the 2020 session.
The plenary was chaired by Deputy Chairman of Regional House of Representatives of Indragiri Hilir, Edi Gunawan.
As explained by the spokesperson for the Regional House of Representatives of Indragiri Hilir Banggar, Sumarno, in general, the Regional Expenditures have been reduced and shifted from what was originally planned in the initial draft of the 2020 KUA-PPAS amendment book, which was originally projected to be IDR 2,271,363,970,484.32 cents and after discussion of the changes The KUPA and PPAS Amendment 2020 saw a decrease in Regional Expenditures to be IDR 2,202,774,286,480.53 or a decrease of IDR 68,589,684,003, 79 cents.
He also explained, regarding the remaining excess of the calculation of the previous fiscal year where, in the initial design of the 2020 KUA-PPAS amendment or SilPA it was projected to be IDR 95,164,787,817.71 cents in accordance with the results of the Riau Representative BPK audit, and the remaining balance was calculated for the fiscal year before. this or (SiLPA), is used to cover the 2020 spending deficit of IDR 91,464,787,817.71 cents
And it is also used for regional financing expenditures where originally in the initial draft, the change in KUA-PPAS for the 2020 fiscal year was IDR 4,700,000,000.00 cents and at the time of the collective discussion it changed to IDR 3,700,000,000.00 cents.
