The pandemic of COVID-19 has a huge impact on Indonesian celebrities, including Vanessa Angel.
Without income, Vanessa had to start a small-scale kebab business.
Vanessa’s husband, Bibi Ardiansyah, said that it was a path that God had written to them during this difficult situation.
“God is so fair. So when our family’s economy is in ruins, the shop is closed, Vanessa has not started filming and any we don’t have a job until the pandemic finish. We are decided to opening a store,” he said.
The couple launched their new business called Kebab Ngidam.
They also said the reasons why they start the business because the food is one of the favorite food of Vanessa, who often craves kebabs during pregnancy.
“At that time when I was pregnant I craved kebabs,” said Vanessa.
Vanessa had previously sparked controversy when she was sentenced to five years in prison after the actress was found guilty of prostitution.
In December last year, Vanessa reportedly quietly married Bibi Ardiansyah without her family.
The couple was blessed with a son named Gala Sky Ardiansyah.
