Kapolres Indragiri Hilir with Dandim 0314 Indragiri Hilir and the Vioni Brothers Foundation distributed 200 masks to congregants for Friday prayers at the Jam’i Raudhatul Muslimin Tembilahan Mosque.
The distribution of masks was carried out before the Friday prayer in the congregation on Friday, Oct. 2, 2020.
On this occasion, Dandim Lt. Col. Inf Imir Faishal appealed to the whole community, especially the congregation of the Jami ‘Raudhatul Muslimin Mosque to implement health protocols in the 4 M way, namely washing hands, using a maker, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds.
“All humans have the potential to transmit COVID-19, if they don’t maintain cleanliness, especially not using masks, it becomes a very vulnerable thing. For that, we must comply with health protocols by implementing the 4 M,” said Dandim.
In line with that, the Chief of Police AKBP Dian Setyawan invited all elements in Indragiri Hilir Regency to care more and play an active role in preventing the spread of the Corona Virus in the community.
“Indragiri Hilir can be said to be safe from Covid-19, of course, this is inseparable from our common struggle to be disciplined in implementing health protocols,” he said.
Meanwhile, the supervisor of the Vioni Bersaudara Foundation, Marlis Syrarif, added that together with the Dandim and Kapolres Indragiri Hilir, this activity is routinely carried out every Friday at a different mosque.
“So the term this struggle must be done together with full awareness and sincerity. The keyword is our disciplinary attitude to apply health protocols,” said Marlis Syarif.
