The Regent of Indragiri Hilir, HM Wardan attended a simulation of the Implementation of the RB Evaluation and the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) at the Bappeda Hall Indragiri Hilir Regency on Friday, Oct. 2, 2020.
SAKIP is an integrated system of planning systems, budgeting systems, and performance reporting systems, which are aligned with the implementation of the financial accountability system.
The purpose of this simulation was to assess the readiness of each OPD in delivering material, because, on the next 6 October 2020, a Video Conference (Vidcon) will be held with the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB).
As is known, SAKIP Inhil Regency last year was rated low, namely CC. Therefore, the Regent hopes that each OPD will understand and master the material when Vidcon is with the KemenPAN-RB so that in 2021, the value of SAKIP in Indragiri Hilir Regency will increase to B.
The OPDs that carried out the exposure simulation on that occasion was the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), the Public Housing and Settlement Area Service (Disperkim), the Health Service, the Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD), the Education Office, and the Trade and Industry Service (Disdagtri). ).
After the presentation, the Regent gave several suggestions to the related OPDs, one of which was for the OPDs that carried out the presentation to adjust to the SOP and further improve the delivery of the material.
