The Maldives successfully complied with the Safe Travels Stamp supported by the World Tourism Organization in addition to 200 other travel companies.
The objective of this Safe Travels Stamp is to provide confidence and rebuild customer confidence when traveling to the Maldives as well as ensure higher hygiene standards so that tourists can feel safe during the holidays.
The United Nations Tourism Organization (UNWTO) has also made WTTC a priority and many popular destinations in the world have started registering for this global security and hygiene stamp.
