To raise funds for green home care products, the Home things brand of green cleaning products launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter.
According to the portal Vegnews.ru, the company has developed cleaning sprays in the form of tablets, they are sold complete with reusable glass bottles with dispensers.
To solve the problem of plastic waste, the brand came up with the release of dry products in the form of tablets of three types:
• Allthings – universal cleanser with grapefruit and tangerine;
• Baththings – a bathroom cleaner with lavender and tonka bean;
• Shinythings – a cleaner for glasses and mirrors with peony.
Customers who make a purchase for the first time, complete with pills will receive glass bottles with dispensers. All you need to do is just fill the bottle with water, add a tablet, and dissolve.
Home things products are formulated without animal ingredients and haven’t been tested on animals. Also, the tablets don’t contain aggressive chemicals.
The company guarantees that its products have a low environmental impact because the packaging doesn’t contain disposable plastic, it’s waste-free and made of high-quality borosilicate glass and a polypropylene spray.
The startup was able to achieve the campaign goal of USD 9.754 in the first two hours.
Now the amount of funds raised as part of the campaign is USD 41,428.
