Horrifying, a six-year-old girl was raped by a pedophile while in bed next to her mother.
The pedophile named Kevin Vigil, 54 decided to sedate the poor girl to relieve her pain after she making noises as though she was in pain while being attacked.
Before the incident, Vigil targeted the girl after going to visit the girl’s mother in their home in Espanola, New Mexico, in February 2018.
On the night of the attack, the girl says to her mom that she wanted to lie in bed with the man that she called ‘Uncle Kevin.’
Then, the girl falling asleep between her mother who ended up getting into bed too, and Vigil. But, just in 30 minutes, the girl was making noises and the mother described as a “something painful.”
The mother reached under the covers to find out what was happening and discovered that Vigil was sexually assaulting her daughter. And she decided to turn on the lights and saw Vigil pulling up his underwear.
She got mad and threw the blankets off of the bed and the victim’s dad who heard the confrontation came to see and they were taking the child to the hospital.
Sadness, the little girl complained that she was in pain en route, and disclosed details of the sexual assault to her mother.
In the hospital, a nurse confirmed that the injuries sustained by the child were ‘very fresh’.

From a report written by FBI Special Agent Russell Romero, “Approximately three minutes later, the mother felt movement with the victim that “wasn’t right. The mother then told the victim to get up and pulled the victim’s pants up. “
“But, Vigil asked the mother, and the mother responded that she knows what Vigil was doing to her child.”
As result, he was convicted of child sexual abuse by a jury in August 2019.
