The Regent of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil), HM Wardan opened the Evaluation of Bureaucratic Reform and the Performance Accountability System of Government Agencies (SAKIP) in the Sensitive Inhil Environment in 2020.
This activity was carried out virtually through a video conference with the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) at the Indragiri Hilir Bappeda Hall, Tuesday (6/10/2020).
The Regent said, that from year to year, the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government always tried to implement SAKIP which was in line with the mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to always emphasize the RB as stated in the Presidential Regulation.
“So that the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government always follows bureaucratic reform every year until the last assessment in 2019. Thank God for RB with category B with a value of 60.05. Then our performance accountability score is still at 55.12 with the CC category,” he said.
This, according to the Regent, can be a reason to strengthen awareness and cooperation of the local government which not only builds concepts but implements them in governance in the Indragiri Hilir Regency.
“Being internalized feels like a change in mindset, time discipline, planning, budgeting, and reporting of performance achievements that are in line with financial accountability. And this is also felt for us as Regional Leaders, bureaucratic reform stakeholders, including regional apparatus competing in creativity and innovation. in implementing it, “said Person Number 1 in the Indragiri Hilir.
For the influence of the external side, according to him, the community is more conducive and more comfortable communicating with the government in various ways.
