In a tragic incident, a surfer vanished on Friday, Oct. 9, 2020 off the Australian southwest coast. From the police report, known that he died in a suspected shark attack, after a surfboard was found at Wylie Bay near the town of Esperance.
The Australian Police held a search for the man.
Before this incident, the ambulance officers also reported the suspected shark attack at Kelp Beds Beach. And in 2017, at the same spot, a 17-year-old girl was killed by a shark.
And also, a 57-year-old diver was killed by a great white shark off Esperance in January 2020. And until now, his body was never found.
