Promising to cure the 14-year-old girl with tantric methods, a man that called him as an exorcist raped that girl many times.
In July 2020, the victim’s parents reportedly took their daughter to the 45-year-old man and asked him to treat their daughter for physical and mental health issues.
Then, the healer had promised her parents that he would ‘cure’ her with ‘tantric methods’ and told her to come to his office every week.
Since that time, he allegedly raped her at each appointment, and the healer also threatened the girl that he will kill the girl’s parents if she told them about his alleged crimes.
But, it can be revealed after the girl went to the doctor with a stomach ache and the doctor in the hospital was diagnosed with a genital infection.
After hearing the examination result of the doctors, the victim’s relatives and women’s rights activists reportedly raided the man’s office and accused him of attacking the girl.
Many furious women stormed the accused’s office and dragged him out into the street in the city of Nizamabad, Telangana, India.
Some men, beat the healer with shoes in a video clip that has gone viral on social media.
Now, the police have opened a rape case against the accused, who has been identified as P Shivaprasad.
