Amazing, a baby survived from a plane crash after being held in the arms of his mother. But, the crash killed both the child’s parents named Mayerly Diaz Rojas and Fabio Grandas.
Known that the heroic mum saved the life of the infant as the HK 2335-G plane plunged from the sky after left Santa Marta heading for Guaymaral. The plane came down in Ubate, Colombia on Tuesday afternoon.
But their baby son Martin miraculously survived and was found by rescuers. The paramedic says that the infant is said to be in a stable condition and is being treated at the Fundacion Santa Fe de Bogota University Hospital.
Now, the aviation authority says they are investigating what went wrong on board.
Mr. Grandas was piloting the light aircraft, and the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority expressed their “solidarity with the families of the victims” in a statement.
