After losing her job due to the coronavirus pandemic, a woman that went missing has been found alive after 12 days in the wilderness.
The woman named Holly Suzanne Courtier, the 38-year-old was working as a nanny and disappeared on October 6, 2020, during a trip to Zion National Park in Utah. Her family said she lost her job as a nanny due to the Covid-19 crisis and decided to go on a road trip to see national parks.
After her family makes a report to police, a massive search was launched using sniffer dogs, drones, and also specialist teams.
Finally, a park ranger found her from Woodland Hills, California.
One of Holly’s sister Jaime Strong said that the woman is alive and well, but she will need medical help after almost two weeks in the park.
Holly had visited Zion with her daughter Kimberly a few weeks before she disappeared. And she disappeared after taking a private shuttle to the park on the afternoon of October 6, 2020. Her van was found outside the park and when she was due to be picked up in the afternoon, but she wasn’t at the pick-up spot.
