The world’s first hotel only for patients with coronavirus infection has opened in the Czech Republic. The portal Novinky.cz informs about it.
The four-star Chech Inn Hotels is located in the center of the Czech capital – Prague.
To protect employees, it works with guests without contact: people can book rooms by phone or by Internet, monitors are replaced at the reception, and the keys to the rooms are right at the door.
The hotel for COVID-19 patients consists of 55 rooms, in which only guests with a confirmed diagnosis can stay.
According to Novinky.cz, employees of Czech companies, who were sent there by the management, mainly live there.
“In addition, we accommodate couples, who don’t want to infect other family members”, said Katarina Knociková, hotel manager, adding that food and medicine delivery services are available to guests.
The minimum cost of a daily hotel stay in October is 1,000 CZK (approximately USD 50).
