5 Nominees of the Best Female and Male Artists for The 2020 MAMA Awards

The Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) has released its list of 5 nominees each for the respective categories of the best female and male artists.

Last year’s winner for the best male artist was Baekhyun, while the best female artist award was given to Chungha.

Here’s the list of nominees for 2020 MAMA!

For Best Male Artists :

1. SHINee’s Taemin with “2KIDS” followed by “Criminal”.
2. Zico with his song, “Summer Hate”
3. EXO’s Baekhyun
4. Park Jinyoung (JYP) with his song “When We Disco”
5. Kang Daniel with his two albums this year, Cyan and Magenta.

For Best Female Artists :

1. MAMAMOO’s Hwasa with her iconic song, “Maria”
2. Girl’s Generation’s Taeyeon with “Dear Me” and “Happy” singles.
3. Chungha, that stunned with “Play” and “Stay Tonight”
4. IU, with her one single this year – “Eight”
5. Sunmi, with her single “Pporappippam”
