After a long discussion, finally, the Regent and Regional People’s Representative (DPRD) of Indragiri Hilir signed the General Policy of APBD (KUA) and the Provisional Budget Priorities and Ceiling (PPAS) of the 2021 RAPBD.
The signing was held at the 21st plenary session III of the 2020 session year, on Monday, November 16, 2020.
The plenary session led by the Chairman of Regional People’s Representative (DPRD) of Indragiri Hilir, Ferryandi.
In his remarks, the Regent of Indragiri Hilir, HM Wardan said, after going the discussion with full spirit cooperation to develop the region, the KUA PPAS RAPBD could be running well and harmoniously so that an agreement could be reached with the Regency Government and Indragiri Hilir DPRD.
He added, as is well known, before the draft KUA and PPAS 2021 a mutual agreement was taken, the district government and the DPRD had conducted systematic and continuous discussions to equalize perceptions, views, and understandings of the 2021 KUA PPAS’ draft which as a reference in the preparation of draft regional regulations about 2021 Indragiri Hilir APBD.
“We should be grateful for this process and the results together, then on this occasion let me express my highest appreciation and appreciation for the views, opinions, questions, suggestions, and corrections that have been conveyed. This is part of the process and dynamics discussion until it achieves an agreement, “said HM Wardan.
