After plunging 40ft from a prison balcony, a rapist is in a really bad condition. Before the incident, the Chinese restaurant worker Ji Ren Lin, raped a 17-year-old girl when she was intoxicated in the city center. Then, the teenager decided to take her own life.
The judge described it as “an appalling crime.”
Lin, 32, has suffered severe injuries. Lin is said to have fallen three floors at the prison in Scotland and is now fighting for his life.
He suffered head, neck, and leg injuries, and was taken to the city’s Royal Infirmary.
As cited News24xx.com from the Scottish Sun reports, the sickening crime took place on November 21, 2018, when he carried his victim into a lane in Glasgow city center and raped her.
He afterward went back to work at a Chinese restaurant.
The teenager died in March 2019 after taking her own life.
But Lin denied the charge and claimed the girl agreed to have sex with him.
However, he was convicted of rape after a three-day trial on October 16 this year.
