The famous singer The Weeknd expressed his dissatisfaction withholding the 63rd annual Grammy Awards this year.
The Weeknd said through its social media site, the disappointed because it did not get any nominations for the award.
“The Grammys remain corrupt. You owe me, my fans, and the transparency of the industry,” he wrote.
The status posted by The Weeknd on its social site also received full support from its fans.
Fans are also registering The Weeknd’s success with albums that have topped the iTunes R&B chart such as After Hours, Beauty Behind The Madness, and Starboy.
However, The Weeknd thanked the fans who were always with him in the music industry and admitted that his career is now because of their support.
Nominations for the award were announced last Tuesday with several candidates selected including Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Dua Lipa, and Post Malone in the Top Four category.
