PT Net Mediatama Televisi or NET TV has sued for bankruptcy. The lawsuit was filed by Bambang Sutrisno Kusnadi on November 25, 2020, at the Central Jakarta District Court with number 403 / Pdt. Sus-PKPU / 2020 / PN Niaga Jkt.Pst.
In his petitum was stated, Bambang Sutrisno Kusnadi asked the court to accept and grant the Postponement of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) proposed by the Petitioner to the Respondent.
Then, stated that the respondent is NET TV, having its address at The East Building, 27-29 Floor, Jl. Dr. Idea Agung Gede Agung, Mega Kuningan, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi, South Jakarta are in PKPU. Meanwhile, for a maximum of 45 (forty-five) days from the time the verdict with all the legal consequences.
Furthermore, the Central Jakarta District Court appointed the Supervisory Judge from the Commercial Judges of the Jakarta Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court as the Supervisory Judge to oversee the Postponement of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU).

Then, appoint Nora Herlianto, Curator and Managers registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Number AHU-94.AH.04.03.2018, dated January 29, 2018.
“As the Management Team in the process of Postponement of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU), the PKPU Respondent, namely PT Net Mediatama Televisi (NET TV), will then serve as the Curatorial Team in the event that the PKPU Respondent PT Net Mediatama Televisi is declared bankrupt,” said the petitum of the lawsuit.
NET TV directly raised their voices. NET TV management admits that they respect the plaintiff’s legal stance.
“NET appreciates the legal attitude taken by the plaintiff as a form of concern for NET, which in recent years has had very good relations in various forms of mutually beneficial cooperation,” said CEO of PT Net Mediatama Televisi (NET) Deddy H. Sudarijanto to detik.com, on Thursday (26/11/2020).
Daddy assured that the two parties still had a good relationship. The communication with the plaintiffs holds before the lawsuit.
“From the communication has been made, NET agrees and has made efforts to resolve its responsibilities in stages. The settlement will certainly continue to pursuing on an ongoing basis as a form of NET’s responsibility, which is cooperated with the plaintiffs for a long time,” he said.
