The Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Bengkalis for 2021 has been passed.
As the decision has been read by the Chairman of Regional People’s Representative Assembly (DPRD) of the Bengkalis Regency, H. Khairul Umam that the total Regional Budget (APBD) of Bengkalis Regency for the Fiscal Year 2021 is IDR 3,224,258,422,662.00.
The components in the 2021 APBD are :
- Regional Revenue amounting to IDR 3,045,851,260,501 consisting of Regional Revenue, Transfer Revenue, and other legal Regional Revenues.
- Regional Expenditure amounting to IDR 3,224,258,422,662 consisting of Operational Expenditure, Capital Expenditure, Unexpected Expenditure, and Transfer Expenditure.
- Regional Financing in the form of Financing Receipt of IDR 178,407,162,161.
The details of the APBD include the implementation of development in all matters under regional authority, especially concurrent affairs as regulated in Permendagri Number 64 of 2020 concerning the guidelines for preparing the 2021 APBD, namely fulfillment of the education function budget of at least 20%, health budget of at least 10%, education budget. and training for ASN at least 0.16%, strengthening the guidance and supervision of regional inspectorates at least 0.50% of total regional spending.
“Apart from that, in the context of implementing a new, productive, and safe life order from Covid-19, especially for economic recovery (national economic recovery) we also allocate an adequate budget to support policies of the central government. In addition, we also allocate a budget to anticipate the impact of natural disasters such as floods and forest and land fires for 2021, “said Abdi.
After the approval, the Acting of Bengkalis Regent immediately instructed all heads of regional apparatus and work units within the Bengkalis Regency government as budget users to immediately prepare all administrative, procedural, technical and steps to accelerate the implementation of programs and activities in stages and make a time schedule for each activity,
“Because what has been budgeted, becomes an inherent obligation and will be accounted for by each regional apparatus in Bengkalis. Support and encouragement are the main keys for us to complete the program that has been launched. In addition, we also hope that criticism and suggestions from the community for the betterment of Bengkalis Regency in the future, ” hoped Abdi.
Present at the event, Bengkalis Regional Secretary H. Bustami HY, Assistant for Economy and Development Heri Indra Putra as well as the Head of Regional Apparatus and Officials in the Bengkalis Regency Government.
