The house of the Coordinator Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Mahfud Md in Pamekasan, Madura, was visited by the masses.
Mahfud Md wasn’t accepting that his mother was being disturbed.
Mahfud Md talked that his mother’s house was visited by the masses in Pamekasan, Madura on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
Through his Twitter account, Mahfud emphasized that he never took any action against those who attacked him personally.
“I will always try to avoid people who attack me personally because of the fear of being selfish and arbitrary after I have a position,” said Mahfud Md.
Mahfud Md emphasized that he was ready to take action on cases that did not harm him personally.
Previously, videos of dozens of people visiting Mahfud Md’s mother were viral on a conversation application.
In the 28-second video, it’s seen masses dominated by men wearing Muslim clothes, starting with Koko clothes, sarongs, complete with skullcaps and turbans.
“Mahfud Md’s house in Madura, Pamekasan, was raided by masses,” said one person in the video.
Also, in the video, a crowd screamed for asking Mahfud Md to leave his house. “Mahfud, Mahfud, come out, Mahfud,” shouted the crowd.
Resort Police of Pamekasan AKBP Ginanjar said there were around 200 people staging action in the middle of the city, more precisely in the Loncar area, Pamekasan. Then the masses were invited by the police to discuss at the Pamekasan Police.
After returning home, dozens of crowd people have passed the residence of Mahfud’s mother. Then the crowd stopped and got out of the vehicle.
The app said the mass statement in front of Mahfud Md’s house is not persisted. He said the situation was also conducive and safe.
