It is a white oval circle with a little dark around it. So it forms two circular lines. While the inside is convex with white color like an eyelid.
Meanwhile, from photos and videos that goes viral on the Whatsapp groups, there is a photo that looks very clear. It shows the texture of the strange cloud, which resembles the shape of a ‘giant eye.’ The oval sphere is surrounded by clouds similar to the ground crust when it is dry. This phenomenon also reaps mixed reactions.
For example, Suliyanto, a Kediri resident who linked the strange cloud phenomenon to a sign of the end of the Age and the emergence of the Dajjal. “Eye one, the Dajjal rises with his cronies to rule the world,” he said.
Regarding the phenomenon of the strange cloud, the Kediri Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) immediately coordinated with the BMKG in Juanda. BPBD sent a report accompanied by horrendous cloud photos.
“If you look at the shape, it looks like an altocumulus (AC) cloud. It’s a normal cloud phenomenon. That is the study from BMKG, ” explained Saifudin Zuhri, Head of Prevention and Preparedness Section of BPBD Kediri.
When asked whether the appearance of the strange cloud phenomenon in Kediri had been linked with the eruption of Mount Semeru in East Java or not, Saifudin said that it was not sure. “Maybe it could be the same, bro,” he concluded.
