The head of a child who suffers from Covid-19 is stuck and caught in the iron of the hospital bed.
At the time of the incident, the child was undergoing treatment at the Tumpat Hospital in Tumpat, Kelantan, Saturday night.
In the incident at around 10:25 p.m, the victim did not suffer any injuries.
Tumpat Fire and Rescue Operations Commander, Senior Fire Officer I Marzuki Awang said his party received an emergency call regarding the incident at 10:27 pm.
“When we arrived at the location, we found the head of a boy who was a Covid-19 patient stuck and stuck in a hospital bed,” he said.
According to him, the firefighters used rescue tools to cut the iron on the bed before removing the victim’s head.
He said the operation was also being monitored by the hospital’s medics and nurses.
