The fugitive of the first Bali bombing terrorist Zulkarnaen aka Aris Sumarsono aka Daud aka Zaenal Arifin aka Abdulrahman was arrested by Densus 88 Anti-terror in Lampung.
Zulkarnaen was known as a smart boy since he was a child.
It is admitted by residents who live around Zulkarnaen’s house. Since childhood, Zulkarnaen, known as Arif Sumarso, was indeed a clever boy.
“Indeed, when he was a child, he was known as a clever boy at school. In the village, he probably was the smartest child,” said the friend with the initials I, a resident of Masaran, Sragen.
“I admitted that he never knew about Zulkarnaen’s involvement with terrorism,” said I.
He just found out that Zulkarnaen was arrested by Densus 88 through television.

Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, explained that Zulkarnaen was arrested in East Lampung, Lampung, on Thursday (10/12), at 7.30 pm, local time.
He was arrested without a fight.
Zulkarnaen is said involved in many acts of terrorism. During the Bali Bombing I in 2002, Zulkarnaen was the commander of the askari (army) of the Jamaah Islamiyah (JI).
