K-Pop fan and YouTube creator techie_ray is putting an end to synchronization fan wars once and for all with his genius technology skills. Using a computer program created through artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, he’s devised a definitive list of BTS songs and performances by synchronization score—take a look at the top 10 rankings.

  1. “Boy in Luv”
With a sync score of 89.94%, the 2014 song “Boy in Luv” is BTS’s 10th most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. Oozing with swag, this powerful and energetic choreography has been a popular cover choice favorite for other K-Pop groups like Rocket Punch and The Boyz.
  2. “Fire”
With a sync score of 90.59%, the 2016 song “Fire” is BTS’s 9th most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. When the song was released, K-Pop journalist Jeff Benjamin hailed the choreo as BTS’s “most intense choreography to date“.
  3. “Run”
With a sync score of 91.09%, the 2015 song “Run” is BTS’s 8th most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. The “domino effect” moves in the choreography had fans truly entranced, as did the combination of both smooth and powerful moves.
  4. “I Need U”
With a sync score of 91.92%, the 2015 song “I Need U” is BTS’s 7th most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. The choreography may start out slow, but the rest of the dance is a true display of BTS’s skill.
  5. “No More Dream”
With a sync score of 92.03%, the 2013 song “No More Dream” is BTS’s 6th most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. Considering this was the group’s first ever single, it’s truly incredible how synchronized they are in the choreography.
  6. “We are Bulletproof Pt. 2”
With a sync score of 92.52%, the 2013 song “We are Bulletproof Pt. 2” is BTS’s 5th most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. The group’s debut year releases cemented them as some of the best dancers in the industry and one of the few groups combining intense hip hop with idol choreography.
  7. “N.O”
With a sync score of 93.24%, the 2013 song “N.O” is BTS’s 4th most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. Even though the dance included everything from jumps to complex moves, the members were almost perfectly in-sync with each other throughout.
  8. “Danger”
With a sync score of 94.45%, the 2014 song “Danger” is BTS’s 3rd most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. No dedicated ARMY will be surprised to see “Danger” here, given that it’s heralded by many as their most impressive song of all when it comes to performance.
  9. SBS Gayo performance
With a sync score of 95.95%, the 2013 SBS Gayo Daejeon performance is BTS’s 2nd most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. Around thirty seconds into the performance, BTS and their dancers execute a domino effect move that’s unparalleled in K-Pop, and the rest of the performance is just as in-sync.
  10. Concept trailer
And with an incredible sync score of 96.02%, the 2013 “Concept Trailer” is BTS’s no.1 most synchronized performance according to AI analysis. It also ranked first for acrobatics with a score of over 15%. The most unexpected thing about this performance ranking first is that it was released just three months after BTS debuted. If that doesn’t prove how talented and well-connected they are, nothing will.
