Mihoyo is currently doing maintenance for Genshin Impact towards the version 1.2 update. For now, a traveler cannot open Genshin Impact, even log in. But don’t worry, after the update is complete, the Traveler will get a free primogem.
Mihoyo previously announced that Genshin Impact would get the 1.2 version update.
In this update, quite a lot of new content is present, from characters, features to new territories.
Even so, to prepare for it all, Mihoyo needed to shut down the Genshin Impact server.
Perform maintenance or maintenance so that updates run smoothly.
As a result, players or travelers cannot log in or enter into Genshin Impact.
Start today at 06:00, server time up to approximately 5 hours long.
However, a Traveler will get compensation in the form of a primogeme that can use for gacha.
You can get Primogem prizes for free or free after the maintenance ends.

The maintenance compensation is Primogem x300 (60 primogem per hour). So if the maintenance time extended, automatically the primogem prizes we get even more.
Compensation fixes problems: Primogem x300. If there are other problems in Genshin Impact, the Traveler also still gets the primogenetic compensation.
So, for now, you can’t log in to Genshin Impact because it’s under maintenance. Please be patient until the maintenance time ends, and you can enter Genshin Impact again and claim the prize.
Keep in mind, to get this compensation travelers must reach at least Rank Level 5. If still not, they will not get free prizes.
