Shortcomings are not an excuse for Siti Aisyah Zaid to marry Amirul Syahmi Mohd Yazid.
Siti is a 22-year-old girl.
She was paralyzed in both legs due to an accident.
Siti Aisyah and Amirul Syahmi have officially married a year ago in the Batu Pahat area, at the Teacher Education Institute (IPG), Tun Hussein Onn Campus, Batu Pahat, Malaysia.
The two were married with 17 other couples in a mass wedding held by the Kadi Officials Benevolence Club.
Siti Aisyah said she was grateful to know Amirul Syahmi. She was also happy because Amirul Syahmi was willing to accept her shortcomings.
“Both of my legs were paralyzed because the motorbike I was driving was involved in an accident in Parit Raja two years ago.”
“At that time, I still didn’t know my husband even though I both lived in this area,” said Siti Aisyah, as reported by the Sinar Harian page.
Siti Aisyah and Amirul Syahmi first met through an online game, to be precise a year before marriage.
From then on, the two of them became close.
“We got acquainted last year by accident through the game Player Unknown’s Battleground (PUBG).”
“It all started there, our relationship grew closer so that a sense of love grew,” said Siti Aisyah.
The couple decided to get married when Amirul Syahmi found out about the mass wedding that would be held in the near future.
He also solidified his choice to build a household with his idol woman.
According to Amirul Syahmi, he was personally satisfied with the wedding ceremony and the money that was spent on 3,500 Malaysian ringgits or the equivalent of IDR 12 million.
The reason is, the marriage is fairly lively and will be one of the most beautiful memories for him and his wife.
